10K white gold ring featuring a 6.00 x 4.00mm octagonal blue sapphire with two bagette cut white sapphires on each side of it, and round diamonds set above and below the blue sapphires with accent diamonds on the shoulder.  The total diamond weight of this ring is 0.08 carats.  

A maching necklace and matching earrings are available.
