Return/ Exchange Policy

Merchandise may be returned for full refund or exchanged for in-store credit within 30 days of receipt of order.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by receipt, warranty cards, certificates and all other documentation provided to the purchaser intact. We reserve the right to have all major diamonds and gemstones inspected before a refund is authorized. 

All custom and special orders, layaway purchases, modified merchandise (including ring sizing), and body jewelry are final sales and non-returnable.

Product Imagery

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, especially the colour, size, and relative size differences between our products.  However, some merchandise imagery may have slight size or colour differences than in reality.

Product Availability

Products on our website are listed as they become in-stock and removed when sold.  We strive to keep real-time inventory parity between our store and our website and do not intentionally list products on our website that are not immediately available for sale and shipping.  However, there may be instances where a product is purchased on the website after the time of the sale of that item in our store and before we can remove it from the website.  In these instances we will re-stock and ship the item to online purchasers as soon as possible.

Website Product Pricing

Product prices on our website are the same price as they are in our store, including all discounts.  If a price has been listed incorrectly on the website, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the online order.
